"INNOVATE-A-THON” focuses on campus-oriented problems where young pioneers collaborate to solve problem statements and earn rewards. This is a 9-hour-long event to address some unease faced by our departments. It is a way to bring students together to provide innovative solutions to problems and can also contribute to open innovation. This includes problem statements as well as an open innovation category. Participants will have the opportunity to develop solutions for real-world issues. We welcome all aspiring innovators to join this exciting event and bring their ideas to life.

Develop a system for easy and accurate recording of attendance during one-time events without using hardware or biometric data, preventing fraudulent practices such as proxy attendance. It should be secure, reliable, and easy to use, and provide real-time attendance tracking and reporting for event organizers. This would streamline attendance tracking, prevent fraud, provide tamper-proof records, and save time for organizers.
The manual process of generating and distributing certificates is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and error-prone. Therefore, we require a solution that can automate the certificate management system for events. The solution should be able to generate unique certificates for each participant with a unique ID and deliver them automatically via email. Furthermore, the solution should include a verification system to ensure the authenticity of certificates.
There is a need to develop an application software that uses data correlation and AI to estimate employment potential for courses in engineering, management, and pharmacy. This will help in granting approval for new technical institutions and courses, as well as forecasting current trends in admissions and job sectors. The software will ensure that courses and syllabus are adjusted to keep students skilled and employed in a rapidly changing world.
The Open Innovation track aims to provide a platform for young engineers to work on their creative ideas and solve real-world industrial problems. The focus areas include autotech, consumer tech, automation in hazardous jobs, and sports tech.

Students enrolled in any UG courses in Kurukshetra University can participate in “INNOVATE-A-THON”.
All the members of the team must be from the same college.
No, it's totally free. We only require your knowledge and enthusiasm.
It is mandatory for each team to have 4 members. But in open innovation, Students can opt for individual or group (not exceeding 4 members in a team)
There is a butt load of a cash prize and swags up for grabs. Further details will be released soon.
Four teams will be shortlisted for each problem statement.
You will not be allowed to make any changes to your team structure once registered.
Shortlisted teams will be notified about any important updates through email or WhatsApp.
